Hello,

I have uploaded a pre-release 1.4-pre2. This release contains the TBLCF 
support for the Coldfire USB pod for Linux and Windows.

Work is underway for a Darwin (MacOS) version which I hope will make a 
pre-release 3.

The remaining work for a 1.4 release is to fix the cache in the gdbserver to 
allow registers to be flagged as not to cached.
