MCF5251 : Boot from IDE Device

Hello,

I am trying to boot MCF5251-based board from HDD in boot mode
"internal ROM". Looks like, it sees the hard drive and makes the
attempts to find the boot records (IDEBOOT1.IDE/2/3) but nothing is
happening. We found that the processor reads 3 sectors (as I understand,
it's MBR, FAT boot sector and root directory) but does not see files.
The hard drive has been prepared as it said in the user guide -
newly formatted FAT32 first partition (20GB, total size 80 GB) and files
are stored as the first three files in the root directory.

Any ideas?
