Hi people
I decided to migrate my single chip solutions (MCF5223x) to devices with external bus (MCF54450 or MCF5274) in order to gain memory room and may some OS (Linux?/uCLinux?x) facilities.
I´m doing the math to find out how much this complete core will cost...
Considering access via bus, could you please indicate me some popular PNs for:
- DDR memory
- Flash memory
- SRAM memory
- Power management ICs
- others usefull devices ?
