Hello Everybody,

I recently acquired an M52277EVB and I am trying to get the BSP going under
a Linux host ( I have tried it on both Ubunto 7.10 and SuSE 10.3 )

The LTIB installs and the tool-chain compiles without a problem, but a P&E
Micro supplied library.so is needed for the embedded gdb to communicate with
the dev board via their embedded BDM/USB interface. P&E supplies a tarball
with a wrapperized call structure, but this will not compile under Ubuntu or
SuSE ( P&E part no : pe_driver_ver_324_811.tar.gz )

This issue was raised with Freescale, but no joy so far.

Any help/advice will be appreciated.

Best regards,
