Hey there, I apologize in advance...I am new to Linux and the Coldfire MCF52277. The 52277EVB has an application using NanoX and uCLinux. I was able to get a tool chain up and running and can compile the sample app and run it on the board and everything works fine. The terminal output from Linux comes across on UART0. I want to use UART1 for an add on board, but when I set up UART1 in my application and try to get a character or send one it freezes the application. The Linux console is still active though. The functions used to send data across UART1 work if I compile in CodeWarrior and just download it via the debugger. Any ideas on what I need to do to get the data to UART1?
