BSP Linux - known issues status

Hello,
We are in the evaluation step of the coldfire v4 with the EVB54455 and the
linux BSP. In KNOW ISSUES section of the Release_Notes.txt file, there is
the issue 2 about Ethernet performance and the issue 8 about the high
resolution timer.
Is there someone who knows those issues' status ?
Is there any public bug track system ?
Could we have more complete description ?

Another question :
Does the auto-negociation's bug of v2 core remain valid for the v4 core ?
