A user and I have been cleaning up the bdmctl and bdmflash code and it now does not need a BFD library to build. I have added libelf to the package. This means you can build the tools and if you have a valid m68k gcc compiler in your path it will build the flash programming plugins. There is one for the internal Coldfire flash plus a couple of other standard devices. The plugins are downloaded to the Coldfire and run giving the best possible programming performance.
