MCF52223 ADC power and ADC reference connections

I'm trying to find out how best to connect the power delivery for the ADC a=
nd how to connect up the reference for the ADC to obtain the best performan=
ce. However=2C the docs. are lacking.

One thought is to connect both together to a precision source. Another is t=
o power the ADC from either the same source or a filtered version of the pr=
ocessor's core power and power the reference from another precision source.
