Hi Alex, Alex Perez wrote: > I'm looking for a usable toolchain to build a kernel for this old board. Also, if anyone happens to have, lying around, a binary kernel built for the M5407C3 which I could flash for testing, I'd be greatly appreciative. I used to keep binaries for common boards up at uclinux.org. Although I haven't used them, or referenced them, in a while it looks like they are still there: http://www.uclinux.org/ports/coldfire/binary.html There is one for the M5407C3, give it a go :-) There is also a collection of toolchains (that I use to build the uClinux-dist) on uclinux.org: http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/m68k-elf-tools/ My M5407C3 board no longer works, so I can't actively test each release. But there is a good chance that current uClinux-dist support for the M5407C3 still works. (I build test 2.4.x and 2.6.x kernels for most ColdFire boards every uClinux-dist release).
