Problems in programming internal flash

hi,
i am using a trace 32 ICD with MPC555 version K3. The ICD
programs the phytech board with processor version K2 with out any
problem. when the custom built board with K3 is connected to trace32
i was able to access all internal resources through BDM and even
modify the shadow NVM registers. But when i try to enable the
internal flash or try to erase it, the trace32 drives the Hreset and
the message emulator reset appears. The board is designed by taking
care of all recommendations in the MPC555 user manual. I guess some
of the trace32 user might be able to help me out. thanks for your
time.
