Ok, so the PB-0555 is a somewhat limited board, in that it does not
have any externel flash or ram on it.  This means you have to use the
resources on-chip.

I'm not sure about Diab, as I never really used it much.  As for
CodeWarrior, it looks like you might be able to use that to access the
internal flash (writing and running out of internal flash seems to be
pretty much your only option for how to run a program).  The flash
programmer does appear to have settings that might work with that
board.  (Using CodeWarrior requires a Wiggler to plug into the BDM
port on the board - do you have this?)

I seem to recall that the Axiom boot monitor (assuming this board has
one in EEPROM like the CME-555) allows you to transfer an s19 file
into internal flash.  I've found that utility to be useful in the
past.  It might be easier for you (less to configure) than
CodeWarrior, but it will certainly be much slower, if I recall correctly.

As for making a program that you can load into internal flash, um, I'm
at a bit of a loss.  Doesn't Axiom give you a few sample programs? 
I'd try loading those into internal flash using Axiom's utility, and
seeing what happens.  They should have some documentation on their CD
(or presumably website).
