Interrupts in Codewarrior v8

I'm trying to figure out how to get Codewarrior and my program to allow
my interrupt handler to process an interrupt generated by one of the
TPU channels (PTA). The "EPPC Exceptions" panel has been changed so
that program, external and trace exceptions should not trigger debug
mode. I've based all my interrupt related code on the programmable time
accumulator example in AN2365 (setup_ext_int.c). While the program is
running, an interrupt is generated by the TPU, and the program stops
execution at this point (0x0000050c) for debugging. I do get a linker
warning upon compiling: "No linker command file input for
section '.ext_isr' of type 'CODE' in
file 'C:\...\setup_ext_int.o'. '.ext_isr' will be input for the output
section '.init'."
Any suggestions on how to handle this? I greatly appreciate any advice
anyone could give.
Thanks!
Chris
