Regarding TPU emulation

Hi,
    I am stuck in running a program from DPTRAM....plz help me out..
I am using metrowerks codewarrior and Phytec MPC555 boardI am trying 
to develop a custom code as a part of that I have chosen UART 
function and tried to run it from DPTRAM...here is the procedure I 
have adopted..

1)I have changed the function number of UART function is TPUMSKGC.ASC 
function to $F and ran it using tpumasm and generated .S19 file...

2)In my program I have set RAMBAR to 0xffa0 and also have set 
emulation bit,
   in this context I have even mentioned in my program array of 
tpurom of size 1024 and also used command "memcpy ((void *)0x302000, 
tpu3rom, 4096)" as a part of configuring DPTRAM.

 then i have downloaded the s19 file and tried to execute the program 
but i receive no optput,I have actually run the same program 
succesfully with using emulation mode...

can some one tell me where i went wrong or waht further i shall 
require to run the program successfully,I went through all the 
available manuals reagrding this from freescale website but couldnot 
make out ....
