Need help on Stand alone version MPC566.

Hi
I am working on a project. I have to run MPC566 on stand alone mode with
out EVM. It has BDM port on my prototype board.
Does anyone know how can I program my rom version code to internal
flash of MPC566( NOT EVM, only chip and BDM port on my prototype)
and make it run in stand alone mode? Does any good docoment to
start?
Do I have to program the bootloader to my internal flash first? Where can I
get bootloader for MPC566? And Which address should I program it to?
