TPUMASM r.03 is the latest and it won't generate S3 records. Go to http://www.elmi.com/freeware and get SrecordConv.zip. You can use it to convert the TPUMASM generated s-record file into a C array or unsigned longs. You can then compile that array into your source and have the CPU load it. C source is included in SrecordConv.zip so you can make it work just the way you want it to.
