Paul,
The stock PMM function will not work with two missing teeth. To my  
knowledge, it can only account for one missing tooth. You might do some  searching on 
the efi332 (_www.diy-efi.org/efi332_ (http://www.diy-efi.org/efi332) ) website, 
those  folks use a bit of custom microcode to handle the exact wheel 
configuration you  are working with.

values be? Do I need to make some  adjustments on the fly (in the 
interrupt routine) to accommodate the  "minus two" pattern?
