Urgent Plz Respond

Hi,
I am using phytec-MPC555 board along with metrowerks codewarrior
compiler...I am novice to powerpc programming....can some one suggest
me some good inf regarding Interrupt service routines...I went thru
AN2109 pdf file in freescale webpage but certain commands specified are
not compatible with codewarrior and i couldnot even find matching
commands in codewarrior...I shall be thankful if someone can send me a
samplecode which can help me...More specifically, i have treid out 
using .asm file and vector.c file and i have even tried out a small 
program when interrupt occurs,metroweks IDE is interrupting by giving 
exception message and stopping the program and program flow is unable 
to reach the ISR(this happens which i check the external exceptions 
option in ram settings and program hangs when i uncheck it).I feel i 
have prob with exceptions.asm file so if someone can suggest me sample 
code compatible with phytec board i shall be grateful
