Micro resets during FP operation

Hello,

I have an issue/situation.

FPU is enabled on the MPC561 and exceptions are handled to provide
exptected results in case of floating point exception.  I have floating
point operation which causes FP ISR to be invoked two times and the
micro resets when it is invoked for second time.  This specifically
happens when the offending instruction is executed in SIE mode.  Did
somebody face similar situation and if so can you let me know the
resolution.
