mcpwm MPC555 help request

Hello everyone!!!
I'm using Codewarrior MPC5xx v8.1 to program a Motorola MPC555 (on
Axiom PB555 board) and I'm using Multichannel PWM generator files that
I downloaded from the Freescale web site (AN2375SW files).
I'm having problems in handling TPU interrupts. It seem that there is
not a correspondence between PWM generation, TPU interrupts and the
IRQ rate of master channel.
It seem that TPU interrupt frequence doesn't change by changing IRQ
rate and TPU interrupt is not synchronous with PWM generation.
It seem very strange and I whould like to know the mistake.
What's the correct way to use TPU mcpwm function with interrupts?
Moreover, do you have ready-to-use Codewarrior software for
multichannel PWM?
