CW has a built in FLASH programmer - if you want to use that, you have to receive the serial data and then somehow move it to a file and then use the CW programmer. In your case, it sounds like you want to receive the serial data real time and then call a programming function to copy the data into a FLASH block which would be independent of CW. You can do this so long as the FLASH programming function is not running in the array you want to program i.e. the programming function should be in RAM or the other flash block. You have to download the FLASH programming functions from Freescale and embed them in your project - see previous requests in the archives on FLASH programming.
