Please refer to the archive as this question has been asked many times before. In brief: - alter the lcf linker file to put the code in FLASH but leave variables and stack in ram - shouldn't have to alter .mem file. *.cfg file may have to be adjusted to enable FLASH i.e. IMMR[FLEN]=1. After you compile, you'll erase then program the generated s-record file to FLASH. When debugging, you'll be limited to 4 breakpoints.
