Please refer to the archive as this question has been asked many times before.

In brief:
- alter the lcf linker file to put the code in FLASH but leave variables and stack in ram
- shouldn't have to alter .mem file.  *.cfg file may have to be adjusted to enable FLASH i.e. IMMR[FLEN]=1.

After you compile, you'll erase then program the generated s-record file to FLASH.  When debugging, you'll be limited to 4 breakpoints.

I currently using CW6.6 for cme555 board.
 
i had finish testing my code in ram.so i want to migrate to internal flash.
 
how to map the code and data to the internal flash,i get confuse using lots of file in cw, *.lcf,*.cfg, *.mem....which one should i use.also get confuse of using the flash programmer
 
is there any consideration / things to be aware during the migration.
 
..i just wat to try to download a simple program first at flash address 0x4000.
 
can anyone give me some info.
