I don't think you can attach files through the group, but that’s OK as I don't particularly want to look through them all anyway.

There's a couple of things you say that are not clear and you will have to verify:

1) You say "the board doesn't work". Do you mean BDM communications doesn't work? If it worked before you programmed but not now, its almost vertainly the DBPC/DBGC reset configuration locking out the BDM pins.  Instead of conecting RSTCFG to SRESET, try pulling it LOW - this forces reset cfg word to be read from the data bus, so ensure the relevant bits (9,10,11) are in the correct state i.e. all LOW or 010.  If that doesn't work, try pulling RSTCFG high which means it gets reset word from shadow.

2) You say you "force sys clock to 40MHz".  I don't know what you mean by 'force', but make sure you are using either a 4M or 20Mhz xtal or osc and that the MODCLK pins are set correctly.  Look at the CLKOUT signal to verify the PLL has locked.  If things are set correctly, you'll usually have a 20MHz clock after reset.

3) If you have a pull-up on HREET, try reducing it to 1K ohm.

4) Check all your BDM connections and refer to the Freescale App note "MPC500 Family Background Debug Mode".

  I just do according to your suggestions.But  it dstill doesn't work.
  Here I am trying to describe my steps to you,( All these are finished in the visionclick  7.0)  
  1.Select the “00: MPC555 K1,2,3,M ( 448 x 8 ) 1 Device” Driver.
  2.Use internal RAM workspace starting at 0x003F9800.
  3.Set physical flash Base Address to 0x0.
  4.PREPARE the special *.BIN file and specify its path and file name.
  5.enable VPP to 5v, epee t0 3.3v  rstcnf* connected to sreset* , and force Sys.Clock to 40MHz.
  6.Click on “Erase-only”. This will erase BOTH Shadow and Main Arrays.
  7.manually set CMFMCR_A SIE bit to “1” in target beforehand. Program data into Shadow array (256 bytes), After completion, return the bit to “0”.
   8.check that the CMFMCR_A SIE bit is
set to “0”Program data into Main array (448K-bytes), here the speed is much slow and reach to 3 minutes(too long). But it come to success in programming the flash.
   After i finished these, and connected the power again, the board doesn't work.(by the way, the file burning to the board has been tested in the estsbc555 demo board, so i think the program is right!)
   Here i suspect that the problem comes from the board? But the power. the clock, is right.
   What can i do? here I send you the .sch, and .pcb and .reg files to your email, hope you can find something in these!

Assuming you clocks, power and reset is/were correct, I suspect you've programmed the reset config word in shadow. In particular, the DBPC and DBGC bits may have been inadvertantly set to '1'.

Assuming you have a pull-up on RSTCONF, pull it LOW at power-on reset (i.e. short it to GND or through a 100ohm resistor). Hopefully you will now have your BDM connection back. Now erase block 0 including the shadow row, reprogram your block 0 and then reprogram the shadow row keeping DBOC '1'.

Let me know if this works.

Here I meet some problems about the MPC555 PCB design. My software 
tools is Visonclik 7.0 and my question is that: The board can go into 
the “BDM“ mode and I still can program the internal flash, but after 
that, it would't works at all. 
    Now two weeks have passed, I still can not find the problem. So, 
here I would appreciate much if someone can give me some hints about 
this.
  By the way, how can i attach my SCH file and  its corresponding PCB? I think maybe some one can find my faults in these.
