I'm not familiar with Codewarrior, so I've stayed out of this. However it
might be worth mentioning that the MPC555 supports a hardware breakpoint
when a particular value is written to memory. If you have a lot of code to
step through, or need to run real-time to reproduce the problem, setting a
data breakpoint might be an easier way to find the corruption.
For the applications I work on, it's the only way ...
