how to program internal flash( very urgent)

Dear members

I wrote a program to interrupt the processor when PIT counter value 
reaches zero. I am using a mpc555(chip revision is k3) and code 
warrior compiler 8.1. I used a Debug version as the target.
I have some questions.

1. Is it right to use a debug version as the target for Interrupts or 
should Ii use a ROM or Auto Flash version for Interrupt. 

 When I downloaded my code through BDM  the main program was written 
in External Flash memory, but in the internal  CMFI flash array I 
could not see my interrupts at 0x500 programmbed. 

Should Ii program the internal CMFI flash array.If so how to program. 
I have tried using the flash program but in vain. Is there any 
document or procedure which tells how one can program the interrupt 
routine in Internal flash.
