QADC_64 Interfacing

For my project I am using MPC 565 and want to use Module A of
QADC_64(all 16 pins/channels).How I have to interface the each pin?
What should be the Resistor and capacitor Values? I am using all 16
channels ,scanning one at a time.
Plz help me out.
