Probably your code is just too big for the internal RAM. It happens to 
me quite regularly with the PB-0555, you get to become an expert in 
#defines to trim out validated sections of code until you are ready for 
a flash build.
Check your MAP file to be sure. If it is, there is nothing else to do 
but write smaller code. I can't be sure as I don't use C++ myself but 
using C++ might result in larger files than a C version of the same 
algorithm.
