Re: Programming PB-0555 flash with Codewarrior

Programming the PB-0555 with the CW flash programmer to boot from 
reset does work OK but there are a lot of hoops to jump through. You 
need all the following to be right or the process will fail:

Linker config file & application memory map.
Reset config word in shadow flash.
Hardware jumpers.
CW flash programmer algorithm and TRD file (to program both shadow 
flash and main flash).
Application initialisation (clock, IRQs, watchdog etc.)

All are documented (separately) so have a good read.

Overwriting the PB-0555 monitor has limited your options a bit, 
although it does make your linker file & application memory map more 
MPC555 'generic'.
