0x0500 external exception

Dear Friends,

I want to create an interrupt every millisecond using PIT interrupt and I'm working with Axiom's MPC564EVB board.
I'm adapting a code that worked before, but now I need to reallocate rcpu vector from 0xFFF00200 to 0x00000200 (the old region is not mapped on this new board).
After I put MSR[IP] = 0 and change the linker command file, a 0x0500 external exception happens while debugging the first time PIT generate an interrupt.
Other register bits initialised are: BBCMCR[EIR]=1; SIUMCR[EIC]=1;
I'm using '__ppc_eabi_init.c' codewarriors start-up code.

I have read the message backup of this yahoo group with no successful result. Any suggestion?
