Start Up and Boot Code for MPC565

Hello All,
    i am working on Start Up and Boot Code for MPC565.
    i use Greenhills Multi for just compilation purpose.
    i dont have a hardware board as such to work on.
  Greenhills Multi supports startup(crt0.s) files which will compile 
fine.

but if i replace these(crt0.s, exception vector table files) with my 
own files while compiling , i am getting a error like this 

  "  [elxr] (error) cannot find file .\crt0.o  "


Let me know anything on this ?
