Thank you for replay,
  I read the PDMCR register from registers in CW compiler.
  That is showing the vale as 0xF0000000. Which means all the control and address lines are connected to internal pull ups. Then all the address lines must be behave like pull up but it is not happeming like that. Only some address lines are behaving like pull up. I have already tested my board there is no pull ups connected to Address lines. 
  Please suggest me what will be the problem.

  I am working on MPC565 processor on Metrowerks Code worrior.
  I am facing problem with Address lines. Some of the address lines are
showing active high state after dumping the code into internal SRAM by
using Code warrior (I think this are acting like pull up connected pins)
. 
  I have already disabled pull ups for all Address lines in PDMSR
register.
   
  The address lines A24,A23, A22, A21, A16 are acting like Pull Up
connected pins.
   
  Please suggest me why the address lines are behaving like this. Is
there any default initialization sittings in Metro werkes CW.
