Internal Flash Programming

Hi,
   I am working with MPC566EV. In main(), I am calling a 
function "fuzycontroller()" and from "InternalFlash.MAP" file, I 
found following information for this function:

Starting Address : 00000F6C
Size :             26.46 KB
Virtual Address  : 000031F4
File Offset      : 00003434

Restrict address range in Flash Programmer (while programming 
Internal Flash) is 0x00000000 - 0x000FFFFF.
 
I am able to program it but when trying to execute through debugger, 
the program jumped to "machine check Exception" / "data_access 
exception" in "excfuncs.c file", as soon as it enters 
in "fuzycontroller()" function.

Can anyone help me on this problem?
