generating periodic interrupts in tpu

Hi group,

Im working on MPC555 axiom board with CW8.1 compiler. Im trying to 
generate periodic interrupts for every 0.75 millisecs using the TPU 
module. Can anyone please suggest me how to start with? Is it 
sufficient if I just make a channel interrupt-enabled. If so, how can 
I generate interrupt for every 0.75millisecs?? Please help me 
ASAP.Need help big time..Its greatly appreciated.
