Hi Harini, ok, i see... but i don't believe, that cw-license files are exchangeable between different workstations. Usually, the licenses are tied to the NIC of the network adapter or the serial number of the hardisc... By the way, i think, the email address you mentioned isn't spelled correctly. It's "metrowerks", not "metroworks". Hope, you will get your new license soon !!!
