Robert,

leave ETPU_REDCR with the reset values, if you configure it as a STAC client
(REN1=1, RSC1=0) it won't increment.

The ETPU_TBCR value seems correct. Any chance you have the engine stopped?
What do you read from ETPU_ECR1?
