Macraigor USB2Sprite debugger

Hi,

Has anyone here used the Macraigor "usb2Sprite" debugger with any of the
MPC500 boards?  It's relatively inexpensive ($225) and is supposed to
compatible with Codewarrior and GNU tools (see datasheet here:
http://www.macraigor.com/downloads/usb2Sprite.pdf).

On one of the Macraigor pages it says that "Freescale PPC COP" is
supported (http://www.macraigor.com/usb2sprite.htm).  I'm not sure what is
meant by "COP".  If anyone can enlighten me, it would be much appreciated.
