HELP!!! Problems erasing/writing internal flash on MPC565

Hallo,
For erasing and programming the internal flash I'm using using the "General Market C3F Driver for MPC56x v3.1.1" from Motorola. 
The driver is working correctly while executing code stored in RAM.
 When I try to execute my application in ROM, I get a " Machine Check Exception 0x200 ". 
What could the origin of the problem be?
