the specification for the MPC565 is 1000 Program/Erase cycles minimum
and still have 10/15 years of data retention. typically it is much
higher than this. 
 
there is no way to determine how many P/E cycles have been performed on
a device, unless you keep track of it.

program the flash or so far how many times we have programmed?
