How to read data out of internal Flash?

Hello everybody,

I have to load the content of an address of internal Flash in CAN message
buffer.
The MPC565 reference manual wasn´t really helpful.
Does anybody have any suggestion how to get this content or where I can look
for how to get access to this infomation.
