hi julian and members, we are not using any interrupts. we use cmd5xx board and axiom-mpc565 test board(evaluation board).Schematic doesn't show any external pull up. though we disabled internal pull up using PRDS bit in PDMCR register voltage remains 5V at these pins(AN44 to AN79). These pins seem to be at 5V always even after PRDS bit is set.we suspect this is true with all pins except AN80 to AN87(non shared) pins.conversions seems to be happening perfectly on these 8 pins. However for other pins in that range(AN44 to AN79)like AN48 or AN56 DC voltages are getting converted.But a signal like 2V 1kHz when applied to these pins signal is superimposing/DC-offsetted to 5V,which might be the voltage already present at these pins. awaitng ur valid inputs.... regards umamahesh
