1, you should contact Phytec about options on their MPC565 board. Freescale does not specify or handle this product. 2. You can measure the Clock Out frequency to determine the system frequency. On the MPC5xx devices ClockOut is generally the same as the internal system clock - there is an option to select the external bus to be one-half the system frequency, which changes ClockOut as well. 3. There is some example code on the Freescale web site. there are other examples out on the glorious world wide web... ________________________________ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Huma Zia Sent: Tuesday, April 24, 2007 1:15 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [MPC500] ordering info regarding 4MHz crystal or 20MHz crystal?? thanks for the reply. 1. can we specify in the ordering info which crystal we want on the board?? because i did not find any such detail in ordering info on phytec's site. 2. how do we find out the resultant clock frequecy after programming it that whether its 56MHz or not?? 3. does anyone have any demo programs for mpc565 board besides the hello world demo pgm that comes with it. thanks in advance, HZ . <http://geo.yahoo.com/serv?s=97359714/grpId=6276387/grpspId=1706554205/m sgId=3854/stime=1177395462/nc1=3848610/nc2=4507179/nc3=4025377> [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
