Depending on the "polarity" setti= ng, the clock at rising edge will be captured in register A and the clock a= t falling edge in register B, or vice-versa. You can configure for an inter= rupt on each rising or falling edge, and your ISR can compute both pulse wi= dth (A-B) and the period (A2-A1) on every rising or falling edge. Will that= do it?
