I've been requesting this via various means to NetApp, i.e. to offer a place were you as a customer can download images and various firmwares, etc, without writing my own website scrapper, or selenium scripts. One of the last updates I got, was that they are planning to add some features to OCUM that would pull these updates from netapp and let you know that there are new files/patches for you to apply. But not sure of the whole scope of this feature, and when will it become available. Regards, Pablo.
