Migrating from VSC on VC 6.5 to VC 6.7

I have Virtual Storage Console running on our VMWare 6.5 environment and we would like to migrate to VMWare 6.7. I have a FAS6290 with OnTap 9.1. I am unable to find a license to support Snap Manager running VSC as the new dedicated appliance. Any help is appreciated.
