Wrong disk bay reported

Hey,
did anyone ever encounter such a mismatch?
Customer reported that they installed new disks in slots 0 and 1, but this is what I can see here:
CLUSTER::*> disk show -container-type unassigned
Usable Disk Container Container
Disk Size Shelf Bay Type Type Name Owner
---------------- ---------- ----- --- ------- ----------- --------- --------
1.11.22 - 11 22 SAS unassigned - -

2 entries were displayed.
Whereas:
