Second that.  We upgraded 3 (2-node) clusters from 9.3 to 9.7 in June
without any issues.  Our clusters have cascading snapmirror/snapvault
relationships so the extra layover at 9.5 and only upgrading one cluster at
a time resulted in a long maintenance window but otherwise it was all
smooth.
