input signal out of range on new HP 1530 TFT screen..

i get the $subject error when using my new (not the NG but the new silver colored series) openbrick.. 
i've used the old ones on this same screen.. with no problem.. it also has no problem on a sony TFT screen
anyone any idea what this can be ??
