Networking options

My boss has charged me with the task of replacing the bsd-based 
router/email server (small business)... all-in-one closed-source crap 
type device with a nice open in-house solution. A nice task I think. I'd 
like to use the openbrick and webmin on linux or bsd but I need at least 
two network interfaces. What are the options for networking onthe openbrick?
