Hi,
I'm unsuccesful in getting audio to work on my openbrick box. I've
found countless pages that essentially claim it's a breeze. However,
I keep on running into the problem that the sb driver doesn't
get any interrupts past the very first.
I don't like "blindly" starting flashing a BIOS as lots of stuff now
works.... Also there are simply two bios's up on the site, and some
comments: "this one works for me", but not what's fixed, what's newer
etc etc. That makes me hesitant.
I have
award bios verson 4.51PG
net2100 2.0
award bios extensions 1.0A
Flashing the bios would involve getting a dos-boot-floppy image onto
a CF card, right?
Roger.
