pcmcia question

Hi,

First mail here, nice to be there.
Just got my OpenBrick ! I have an old model, the 300MHZ with a single ETH
card.

My problem is that the kernel 2.4.29 doesn't init the PCMCIA.
On /proc/ I have the pccard folder, but "lspci" doesn't give me ints on
witch IC is used.
modprobe pcmcia_core does add the module, but I don't know what to try
after.
When I insert a pccard in the slot, wifi or ETH, no leds flash on pccard :(
Nothing on "dmegs" too.

Did you have some advices on running the PCMCIA slot on the box ?
