Howdy all. I have (what I hope) is a simple question: My ultimate goal
is to have a small Linux system that is in essence a text terminal
displaying to the TV out in NTSC mode. I don't particularly need X, so
long as I can get a frame buffer console I'm happy.
I've seen a lot of discussion on getting the TV out to work in X, but I
was wondering if it also works in normal framebuffer mode (is there perhaps
an fbset parameter that turns on the TV out?)
If that is so, this is definitely the machine for me.
